I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Getting culture and strategy to eat breakfast together
Strategy is shaped by culture, just as culture is shaped by strategy. Your choices in the past often become the traditions that guide what you will choose to do in the future. The past actions of others have created the cultures in which you work, and live. Culture can drive success, or it can lead to failure. The trick is to have a strategy and culture that work together to shape the future you want.
