images 50. How Do I Use Facebook Analytics?

Facebook provides all Page administrators with a tool for tracking the growth of the Page. This tool includes the capability to measure interactions on your Page. You can use a few statistics and measurements on the Insights page to help you determine how to improve the traffic on your page.

Facebook provides one metric it suggests Page administrators use to determine the quality of their posts called Post Quality. Facebook recommends that a Page have approximately two to three posts a day. It also states that you can measure the quality of the post by looking at the number of comments and likes you receive per post.

imagesThe use of humor can go a long way to get comments and likes. It incites people's emotions in a positive way, which helps people to feel positive about your page.

The simplest way to get more engagement on your Page is to ask questions. Facebook insights will use comments, likes, and link clicks among other things to determine the number of these interactions as a percentage of the size of your fan base. If 50 percent or more of your fan base engages with you on a regular base, you then get a high post-quality score.
