As the founder and CEO of a visual solutions agency based in New York'Frame Concepts'over the last five years, the author has front-line experience with hundreds of cases, not only in the oversight of the execution of the visual solutions but also in the pre-solution stage, talking to clients about the communication challenges they are suffering.

Moreover, as showcased in the second section of the book, these communication challenges have taken place within every major industry, business profession, and organization type: startups, enterprises, and non-profits.
