Users with ACCESSCTRL are allowed to perform the following tasks:
- Grant and revoke SELECT privileges on system catalog tables and views
- Grant and revoke all privileges on table, table space, view, index, nickname, package, routine (except DB2 audit routines), schema, sequence, server, global variables, and XML schema repository (XSR) objects
- Grant and revoke database privileges, including BINDADD, CONNECT, CREATETAB, CREATE_EXTERNAL_ROUTINE, CREATE_NOT_FENCED_ROUTINE, IMPLICIT_SCHEMA, LOAD, and QUIESCE_CONNECT
- Grant and revoke administrative authorities, including EXPLAIN, SQLADM, and WLMADM
