The main concern for the design department is how the camera will react to the colours and fabrics being used. The human eye can only register a small range of the electromagnetic radio waves that enable radio and television transmissions. Although cameras today are very good, sometimes the tone of the colour will appear quite different on camera, or be unexpectedly affected by other colours present. A camera is more sensitive than the eye to red and will therefore accentuate any red in a colour that may not be clearly visible to the eye.
