I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Ageing Make-Up Using Special Effects
It may be that the use of make-up alone will not achieve the full effect of ageing. There are products that can be painted on the skin that cause it to wrinkle. Latex is the base. It is a clear liquid that dries quickly forming a fine layer of ‘skin’ over the appropriate areas. The drying can be speeded by using a hairdryer on a cool setting, taking care not to make the artist uncomfortable. To exaggerate the wrinkles, the skin is stretched a little while the latex (which has been lightly powdered) is drying. When the skin is relaxed it will then wrinkle. A little latex used carefully around the eyes is extremely effective.
