Highlighting

The Highlighting tab formats the results if they comply with certain criteria, similar to the Conditional Formatting we would find in MS Excel. 

Comparison of Conditional Formatting in Excel and NetSuite

As an example, we could highlight all customers whose phone numbers start with 212 in a different color to the other records returned by the search:

1. Select the Highlighting condition and click Set. 
2. Build the condition, for instance, phone number starts with 212.
3. Click Set.
4. Select the format you wish the highlighting to appear in, such as the text or background being in a different color or in bold.
5. Click Save & Run.
