So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

NetSuite has a Billing Information page to help you keep track of the licenses that you have purchased, as well as the amount that you are using. It is found at Setup | Company | View Billing Information:

The number of Full Access Users is very important and it shows you how many more users can be added before you'll need to purchase more user space. Keep track of the File Cabinet Size (MB) usage in addition to Bulk Merge Email Volume and Campaign Email Volume, as you will need to purchase more volume if you expect to exceed the provisioned limits.
