So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

An action can be triggered by a number of events, such as the following:
- Before record load, for instance, manipulating data when the user comes to the page
- Before record submit, for instance, performing validation of the data inserted into the record prior to saving
- After record submit, for instance, performing an action such as creating an associated record as soon as the record is created
