Now that we know how to configure roles, the next question is which users are assigned which roles. We can see the list of roles assigned to a user by going to that user's employee record. We can only see one employee record at a time, which makes this rather inefficient. Luckily, NetSuite has included a general view to display all users and their associated roles. We will find this at Setup | Users/Roles | Manage Users:

We can sort the columns by Name or Roles and even export the results to Excel, using the Excel icon at the top of the page, for further analysis.
