So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

NetSuite can record a relationship between customers where one customer is owned by another company. The APPLY PAYMENTS THROUGH TOP LEVEL CUSTOMER checkbox enables us to enter an order on behalf of the child customer, for instance, Pepsi Canada, and accept payment from the Parent, such as Pepsi USA, on behalf of the child.
There is a SHOW ONLY OPEN TRANSACTIONS ON STATEMENTS checkbox to determine whether statements will be limited to transactions that have been completely fulfilled.
The CUSTOMER CREDIT LIMIT HANDLING selection determines what happens when a Sales Rep tries to enter an order that will exceed the customer's credit limit. The options are to Warn Only, Ignore, or Enforce The Hold ...
