NetSuite has given us a myriad of options to secure the data in our accounts. We can determine the complexity of a user's password and ensure a second level of authentication through the use of security questions. We can also determine the locations where the users are permitted to login via IP address rules, as well as other authentication options, such as single sign-on.
We can easily track which user logs in, when, and from which IP address, and we can track the changes that the user makes while logged into the database. We can even tell how often the user runs searches and more importantly if they proceed to export the results of the search.
