Audience tab

We want to centralize the creation of searches and reports so that consumers of the information don't have to learn how to create the searches themselves. The Audience tab enables us to do this. 

It provides us with more control than just checking the PUBLIC checkbox as the public checkbox opens the search to anyone with the permission to see the data. In the event that the majority of the searches in our database were set to public, the list of searches for each user would become unmanageable, making it difficult to find that search you created last month from a list of every search that was ever created:
