The filter tab enables us to filter out data from our results. Simply add the field from the left-hand side containing the folders and fields and then set the criteria for this report, such as this Business to Consumer sales report, which filters out all customers who are not individuals:

The fields are added in the same way as they were on the Edit Column screen, and there is also a search box to search for a field if it is not easy to find using the folder structure. Notice as well that you can add the filter and check the Show in Filter column which adds it as an available filter in the report results: ...
