KPI Scorecard

KPI Scorecards need to be enabled in Setup | Company | Enable Features to be available in the system. Go to Customization |  Centers and Tabs | KPI Scorecards to view your list of existing scorecards. We can add additional scorecards by clicking New.

Name the new KPI Scorecard and provide a description. We then choose the searches that will form the basis of the KPI Scorecard. These may be existing pre-built standard reports or can be custom KPIs, as you can see from the list options. You will, however, need to go to the Custom tab in order to select the custom KPI searches that will be represented on the front page.
