So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Troubleshooting Tips
What do you do when something goes wrong? Luckily, NetSuite has a bunch of tools that can help us troubleshoot issues. This chapter will be looking at those tools, as well as providing a framework for how to handle and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
In this chapter, we will focus on the NetSuite documentation, help center, SuiteAnswers, and the NetSuite user group. Then, we'll look at a logical approach on how to think about these issues. This will provide us with insight into the following:
- Database uptime Documentation
- Help center
- SuiteAnswers
- NetSuite user group
- A methodology for troubleshooting
