It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Configuring the defaults and preferences
The next step is to configure the preferences for this process. The preferences for any process are found on the drop-down menu of the associated transaction, for instance, as in the following:
- Sales preferences are set up at Setup | Sales | Sales Preferences
- Support is set up at Setup | Support | Support Preferences
- Accounting preferences are configured at Setup | Accounting | Accounting Preferences
