I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

JAD is a complex, well-defined process, and a full description of how to do it takes much more than one chapter. If you don't have access to a trained facilitator, the first book below is a good place to start.
Wood, Jane, and Denise Silver. Joint Application Development, 2d Ed. New York: John Wiley & Sons, 1995. This book thoroughly explores the many variations of JAD and describes how to become a JAD facilitator. It's well-written and loaded with practical suggestions.
