I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The manuscript for this book was prepared using Microsoft Word 6.0 for Windows and submitted to Microsoft Press in electronic form. Galleys were prepared using Microsoft Word 7.0 for Windows. Pages were composed by ArtSource, Inc., using Adobe PageMaker 6.01 for Windows, with text type in Garamond and display type in Helvetica Bold. Composed pages were delivered to the printer as electronic prepress files.
