Siloing your site is one of the most important things you can do for search engine optimization. It organizes your website so that a search engine (and a user) can get a good, clear picture of who you are and what you’re about. The difference between a non-siloed site and a siloed one is like the difference between a computer with all files stored at the root, and another with files stored in a clear, hierarchical directory structure. The directory structure makes it easier to figure out where things are.
