Drafting Settings
The Drafting Settings dialog box contains a series of commands designed to assist you while drawing in AutoCAD. To access these settings, click on the Tools pull-down menu and select Drafting settings, or type Dsettings at the command line. You may also right-click on the Snap or Grid tile located on the status bar and choose Settings from the shortcut menu. Each of these actions open the Drafting Settings dialog box. As shown in Figure 2.7, three separate tabbed dialog boxes make up this dialog box:
