It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Express Tools
The AutoCAD 2000 Express Tools are an enhanced and expanded version of the popular Bonus Tools introduced with AutoCAD R14. These programs are a mixture of AutoLISP, AutoCAD ARX, and Visual Basic routines that have been developed over the years by users and Autodesk employees. By all means, you should install the Express Tools; this package is an exceptional and comprehensive set of utilities, and you will find routines that you like and tools that you can't live without.
Installing the Express Tools
You may inadvertently have not installed the Express Tools because they do not install automatically as part of the typical install. You must either request the full installation, or specify them as part of a custom install.
