Changing Document Views
Word displays the contents of a document in different ways to help you work efficiently with your content. The available views include Read Mode (New!), Print Layout, Web Layout, Outline, and Draft. You can change the view from the View tab, or you can click a view button—Read Mode, Print Layout, or Web Layout—at the bottom right corner of the window.
Read Mode view (New!) displays the full screen and removes distracting screen elements to provide a more comfortable view to read your documents. You can also display the Navigation pane to quickly jump to different parts of your document or search for information in the document or on the web.
