Getting Word Definitions

If you’re not sure what a word means, you can use the Define button (New!) on the Review tab to quickly look it up in a dictionary, such as Merriam-Webster or Bing Dictionary. If you don’t have a dictionary installed on your computer, you can download one from the Office Store directly from within Word. If you select a word from your document to define or enter one in the Dictionary pane. Many definitions include links to other words, which you can click to view. If you want to use a definition in a document, you can select and copy it in the pane.
