Before you can view, read and edit comments, you need to show them on the screen. The Show Markup button on the Review tab allows you to show or hide comments and tracking information. You can edit the text in a comment the same way you edit text in a document. If you have dealt with a comment or no longer need it, you can delete it. If you prefer to delete comments all at once, you can use the Delete button on the Review tab to delete all comments shown or all comments in the document.
