Formatting a Table

When applying a Table Quick Style to a table makes it easy to format a table, you may need a custom style to match your corporate color scheme or a unique presentation. You can change individual table attributes of a table, such as shading and borders. You can select shading colors to fill in table cells and border styles and attributes to create the custom table you want. You can quickly apply Border Styles (New!) just like you apply Table Quick Styles. If you apply a border style or individual set of border attributes to a cell, you can use the Border Painter (New!) to copy the format to other cells in your table, just like the Format Painter on the Home tab.
