Lift, Gamma, Gain/Slope, Offset, Power/Hue/
Saturation
We are already familiar with lift, gamma, and
gain, and their ASC Color Decision List “CDL”
counterparts – slope, offset and power from
Chapter 13 – Color Management.
In the digital intermediate suites, there are a
few new wrinkles such as secondary color cor-
rection, curves, power windows, keys, and mattes.
