Creating the MQTT broker

We will use the CloudMQTT service to publish the messages that our heater has been disabled. 

Let's get started:

1. In a browser, navigate to www.cloudmqtt.com and create an account if you do not already have one. Log in to the account.
2. You should be taken to a page that lists all of your account's instances. Click on the green Create New Instance button. 
3. Put in a value for Name. I chose Rink Heater. Select the Cute Cat (Free) plan under the Plan field:

4. Click on the green Select Region button.
5. Select a data center that is close to your location. Click on the green Review button.
