Exploring the hardware that runs MicroPython
Originally designed for the Pyboard, MicroPython now exists for many other microcontrollers. You may use tools such as uPyCraft (as done in the preceding example), the NODEMCU Firmware Programmer, Thonny, or the popular Python esptool (pip install esptool) to flash MicroPython onto a microcontroller.
