Creating an Azure IoT Hub

To begin, we will create an IoT Hub in Azure. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to the home page of the Azure portal (http://www.portal.azure.com).
2. Click on the Create a resource button.
3. Click on Internet of Things and then IoT Hub.

You should see a screen that looks like the following:

If you have signed up for a free trial, you will see Free Trial under the Subscription setting. For Resource Group, we will create a new one. 

4. Click on Create new under the second drop-down box.
5. For the name, enter one that relates to the project. For our tutorial, I entered AzureIoTExample.
