Viewing usage from the Azure portal
To view IoT Hub usage from the portal, do the following:
- From the home screen, click on your IoT hub under Recent resources.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should see charts displaying usage data:
- The pin icons on the Device twin operations and Device to cloud messages charts allow for pinning these charts to the Azure Dashboard. Click on the pin for the Device to cloud messages chart.
- To navigate to the Dashboard, click on the menu drop-down icon located in the top left of the portal (it looks like three lines).
- Select Dashboard.
You should see the chart we just pinned in the Dashboard
