I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

To send every program window that’s open to the Dock—apart from the one that you’re currently working in—hit Option+Command+H. To restore the program windows to the screen, you’ll need to click their individual Dock icons.
Hold down Option+Command, and click a blank spot on the desktop (such as the space on either side of the Dock) to instantly hide all windows except Finder windows, revealing the desktop. Click the Dock icon of each app to unhide it.
