I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you download and install printer drivers from a manufacturer’s site, you might find that they come with bundled software that you don’t need, such as programs that warn you about low ink levels. There’s no need for this on a Mac because the feature is already built in—just open System Preferences, then click Print & Scan, and finally click the Options & Supplies button for the printer you’re interested in. Click the Supply Levels tab in the dialog box that opens.
Sometimes it’s possible to delve into the installation package you download to install only the actual printer drivers, which may well be in a package of their own. It’s something of a black art because different manufacturers ...
