After you save a web page as a file, you can send that file as an attachment to an email message. You can also email a web page via the Mail program directly from Safari, without saving it first. When you email a web page, you can send it as a link or embed it into your email message.
If you haven't set up Mail yet, or don't use Mail to manage your email, this will not work. For instructions on configuring Mail, see Project 43.
The disadvantage of sending a page as a link is that websites often change, which could break the link (that is, the address of the link to the page you are trying to send may change). So if someone tries to view a broken link, he or she will see an error message instead of the intended web page.
