Excel’s top-level objects

Figure 4-13 shows the objects you can get directly from the Application object with the most significant ones shown in bold. You can also use the Application object’s ActiveSheet, ActiveCell, ActiveChart, and other methods to get lower-level objects directly (see Table 4-1).
