So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

True reloads and rerenders the object when the workbook is opened; False does not rerender the object and instead uses the image stored when the workbook is saved. Default is False. Setting AutoLoad to True can cause significant delays when opening a workbook.
