It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Synopsis
Sets or returns the index of the column displayed in the edit portion of the control when the user select an item from a multicolumn list. The setting -1 (the default) displays the first visible column; 1 displays the first column, 2 the second, and so on.
