deeper, and add more target consumers to build the business
when appropriate. New touchpoints come along in the market-
place, so see if they make sense for the consumer, especially now
in digital marketing and social media.
Every year, if not more often, update the gap assessment on
the brand and do more research on the experience effect to keep
it alive and successfully working. Update the style guide to keep it
current, and keep sharing it with the team. The brand experience
will be all the richer.
