The Internet
The Internet is an increasingly fertile source of support for computer-related issues. Four main sources of support information are available on the Internet: Web pages, Usenet newsgroups, Internet relay chat, and mailing lists. Each provides unique advantages and drawbacks, but all can be helpful in learning to use a new OS or in solving specific problems.
