Interactables using Daydream VR Elements

The base GoogleVR package does not include interactables, but you can find them in the Daydream Elements package. This package is a collection of demo scenes, components, and prefabs for using Daydream VR from the engineers at Google. To get the package:

1. Visit the Daydream Elements' Github Releases page at https://github.com/googlevr/daydream-elements/releases
2. Download DaydreamElements.unitypackage
3. Import it into your project using Assets | Import Package | Custom Package...

The package includes a prefab named ObjectManipulationPointer which is a drop-in replacement for the GvrControllerPointer we have been using:
