It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Hinsichtlich des Personalbestandes gab es im Unterschied zur Ulbricht-Ära keine größeren Schwankungen mehr; bis in die 1980er Jahre hinein blieb die Zahl der Beschäftigten auf einem relativ stabilen Niveau.
