Prioritizing the building of solutions

You might think that organizations will always prioritize how Industrial Internet projects are built based on the potential ROI of each stage, deciding to start with a stage that will generate the most ROI over the lifetime of the solution. In fact, the order in which these stages occur is usually more complex and sometimes dependent on company culture.
