We'll often use our initial discovery to understand how information should be delivered in a useful manner to the line of business. We obviously don't want to deliver raw data to a business person who won't be able to figure out what to do with it. We might propose something as simple as delivering an alert via text messaging or e-mail when a certain critical threshold is reached. Alternatively, we might suggest dashboards or business intelligence tools with drills to detail capabilities. We'll explore more closely the evaluation of business skills present and matching those skills to the functions that must be delivered by the application domain in the next chapter.
