You might recall from Chapter 3, Gathering Business Requirements, that our stakeholders defined three critical success factors that are the motivation for our supply chain optimization project:

• Operating factories at maximum capacity (24x7)
• Delivery of all needed components (parts) to factories just-in-time
• Maximized revenue from production by meeting product demand

We've identified the KPIs that will enable the business to meet these requirements.
