It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Force eld analysis derives from the work of the late Gestalt theorist/prac-
titioner, Kurt Lewin. e simple variant involves drawing a “T” diagram

being absurd, but one should not jeer at this tool. Experience has shown it
