I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Job postings
What can be wrong with job postings? Still unknown to most companies, job posting websites can help us. Every social engineer can check their target to see what kind of IT personnel they are hiring. If company X is looking for Microsoft and Cisco-certified engineers, with Pala Alto firewall knowledge and Kaspersky antivirus experience, this would give us enough information about the company.
If you want to find out if your target company is using Java all you have to do is go to www.monster.com, put the keyword in, and search (it is also a good website for finding jobs if you need to.).
