Using ignorance

Most humans have a desire to pass information to others, especially if they show some attention and willingness to learn. Social engineers capitalize on ignorance by artificially assuming it so as to be given some information by their targets. Just by appearing inexperienced and unknowledgeable about something, they instigate others to teach them. It could be general knowledge or a specific skill. Let us take an example from a 2016 movie referred in earlier chapters called The Catch.
