When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Being a good listener
It is not unusual for humans to reveal their feelings and confide their secrets to other people, even total strangers. There is some relief that comes out when someone shares some troubling information. There are many people withholding things and all they need is a listening ear. These people visit frequent places such as bars and also churches where they hope to temporarily relieve their worries. Social engineers know this and that is why they will be waiting in such places. When they interact with someone who seems to have something to complain about, they give a listening ear, and let the target let out his or her feelings and they simply validate them.
