I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As discussed previously, social engineering can be done by phone as well. This is called voice social engineering in some books. Voice social engineering is the process of manually calling a human and trying to get general information, financial information, or make them perform some action (please look at Chapters 11-14, Ask The Expert (Part 1, 2, 3,4) section, where you will find several examples of voice social engineering and the effects).
