So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Protecting SharePoint Content with Antivirus Options
By default, SharePoint 2010 does not contain any integrated antivirus scanning options. That said, it does include access to a comprehensive Antivirus Application Programming Interface (API) that enables third-party products to directly integrate with SharePoint to provide for antivirus protection of SharePoint content. In addition to these third-party options, Microsoft provides its own antivirus product for SharePoint, known as Microsoft Forefront Protection for SharePoint (FPS) 2010. This product is covered in more detail in Chapter 14.
